Bibliosophy Handmade {giveaway}

20140503-DSC_6489Today’s giveaway is from Bley of Bibliosophy Handmade.  Bley creates beautiful watercolor illustrations, and my entire family was thrilled when we recently received a custom family portrait from her.  She captured each of us so perfectly.  She even has Jonny growing out his beard again so he will match the picture!  I am also a big fan of Bley’s calendar tea towels.  She has a few left for 2014 and they are on sale!  Be sure to check out her blog as well.  She has some great free printable downloads including a lovely “thank you” note template for children.

I asked Bley to share a little about herself and her shop with you:

My name is Bley Hack and I started Bibliosophy Handmade in 2012 to showcase my original watercolor artwork.  I am inspired by all things vintage, and create nostalgic paintings, paper goods and home items to brighten your life.  Sometimes we can lose the art of a hand-written note in our digital age, and I hope my stationery will encourage people to do some old-fashioned corresponding!

My husband and I live in the Midwest with our four young children.  Inspired by my children, and by all families, I have recently started doing custom family portraits.  I love to capture each family’s unique personalities in watercolor.  I also love to create custom wedding stationery and birthday party packages.

Bley has generously offered to paint a custom family portrait for one Small Things reader!  She is also giving 15% off anything in her shop through Friday, May 9th.  Use coupon code GINNY14 to receive the discount.

For your chance to win, leave a comment on this post.  For an additional chance to win, “like” Bibliosophy Handmade on Facebook and leave a second comment here letting me know that you’ve done so.  Comments are closed and the winner is Sally who commented, “What beautiful work!”

Thank you, Bley!
