Petite Paperie {giveaway}

1-honeybeesToday’s giveaway is from Jennifer of Petite Paperie!  I discovered her shop a few months ago when searching for simple but beautiful note cards to use as thank you notes.  I love that it’s possible to purchase matching little seals for the cards as well (I’ve even purchased seals for my girls to use as stickers that they can color!)  In addition to the cards, I really love all of the digital downloads of collage materials that Jennifer offers in her shop.

5-greyhoundsIn Jennifer’s words:

My name is Jennifer and I am the dreamer, maker, and pretty much everything else behind the scenes at Petite Paperie, an ETSY shop specializing in vintage-inspired paper goods. I started my business for practical reasons (needed to make some additional income) and have watched it grow into a passion that fuels me and challenges me in directions I never anticipated. I have been an educator for 21 years moving from teacher, to staff developer, to an assistant principal and now I work as a middle school principal at a school with about 1,100 students! I love my “day job” and look forward to working with the students, teachers, and parents each day; I found that Petite Paperie has provided that quiet and creative balance that I need after a busy day at school.

1-Petite PaperieI have always enjoyed stationery and have been a letter writer since I learned how to print in kindergarten, so it is fitting that I would be drawn to starting a stationery shop. My husband and I live in a canyon in sunny Southern California and we are surrounded by wildlife, including deer, bobcats, mountain lions, owls, rabbits, coyotes, bullfrogs, and lots of wild birds. Many of my ideas for stationery come from the beautiful surroundings of home.

5-chickensStarting an ETSY shop was a great opportunity for me to learn new things. I had to research and learn social media, photography, business plans, and production (all are still works in progress). Petite Paperie has grown over the years and I am proud to say I have had products featured in Martha Stewart Weddings, Country Living, the Today Show as well as many wonderful blogs. One of the best parts I have found is making connections with my customers and seeing how they use my products. Lately I have been growing the wholesale side of my business, working with gift shops and museums that are carrying products from Petite Paperie. It is daunting at times to think my moose cards are being sold in Alaska, the lobsters in Maine, the jellyfish in New Zealand, and the deer cards in Sweden!

1-horsesPetite Paperie offers note cards, seals, and tags in over 250 designs. Custom monogram cards, tags and seals are available as well. All stationery is printed on high-quality 65 lb. paper in cream or white and includes matching envelopes. The vintage-inspired stationery encompasses a wide-variety of themes, including whimsical, historical, shabby chic, the beach, the mountains, safari, botanicals, and holidays. The tags and seals make a great final touch to wedding, shower, and birthday party favors.

1-il_fullxfull.448678926_lcx9For today’s giveaway Jennifer is offering one winner 3 note card sets with matching tags and seals.  The winner can choose both the designs and the color (white or cream).

In addition, Jennifer is offering 20% off all orders through Sunday, May 11th. Use coupon code SMALLTHINGS20 to receive the discount.

You can follow Petite Paperie on Pinterest, Facebook, and Twitter.

For your chance to win today’s giveaway simply leave a comment on this post.  Comments are closed and the winner is Kylie, who commented, “I write letters all the time, and these note cards are just my style.  Thanks for the opportunity to win!”

Thanks, Jennifer and Petite Paperie!
