Ambrose Benedict Reed was born last week via c-section. He is our smallest baby yet, weighing 7lbs 9 oz at birth. He is so precious and loved and we are all grateful that he is here in our arms now. This recovery has been more difficult than my c-section with Mabel, but I am okay. I have been struggling with migraine headaches since coming home from the hospital (thankfully, not the spinal kind) and they have me feeling pretty poorly, though each day seems a little better. I will share more soon, but wanted you all to know that he is here!
Such a wonderful miracle every time. Congratulations to you Ginny.
Take care of yourself.
Congratulations! I was delighted to discover your blog through a link on Posie Gets Cozy, and have been slowly reading through your archive of posts. Such lovely images and writing. It’s just what I’ve been looking for 🙂

He’s so beautiful Ginny. Wishing you a speedy recovery. I had a 10+ pound boy naturally in my 30’s and it took a month to recover, so be gentle on yourself if it takes some time. <3
