My kids love to pour through the pages of their catalogs and so do I. I’ve probably been shopping at Nova for special gifts for nearly as long as they’ve been in business. I love using our wooden calendar to mark the days and I admit that I buy Ostheimer wooden animals as much for me as for my kids. The interlocking wooden blocks featured in this post are our favorite for building, and I pull these spinning tree tops out at Christmas (and then keep them put away for the rest of the year.)   1. They have some really lovely toys (it’s hard to look again at the mass-produced plastic stuff after seeing Nova’s toys). After hearing of them on your blog, I bought a set of their interlocking blocks. They are so versatile, great for multiple age children, and will probably last forever (unless our dog, Floyd, gets his jaws around one of them).
