Today’s giveaway is from Sue Dow, the artist behind In the Loft. She creates beautiful hand-painted figures and ours are some of my children’s most beloved things. Her figures would be lovely in an Easter basket and also make wonderful First Holy Communion and Confirmation gifts.

From Sue:
Hi, I’m Sue.
I live in New Hampshire with my husband of 38 years and 2 of our 6 children(who are now ages 17-37). I am the proud Meme to 7 grandchildren, homeschool mom to 1 high schooler, lover of coffee, books, sunshine and rearranging furniture. I am owner and artist of In The Loft, a home-based business and Etsy shop. This business began after I attended training for Catechesis of the Good Shepherd and began to make items for our parish Atrium. After several requests for my work, I opened my shop in 2012. This business has grown and I am now working full time in the studio. My 17yo son helps with the wood cutting leaving me more time for painting. In addition to materials for religious education, you will find saint statues, mini altar sets, and many items that will make wonderful gifts for special occasions and perhaps for tucking into those Easter Baskets.
I am grateful to be able to be doing work I love and using my gifts to create items that bring a bit of beauty to the home and help others celebrate & teach the faith.

Having just celebrated my 59th birthday this week…I would like to offer you a chance to win a gift certificate to my shop for $59. Please take a look at my shop and come back to leave a comment. I am also offering 10% off all orders until the giveaway ends. Use coupon code BIRTHDAY59 at checkout.
