My youngest daughter just had her first baby and your drying rack wound be so perfect for her cloth diapers and inserts- she has a wonderful south-facing window that lets in all the winter sun and it’s the perfect spot to put it. I never thought that a drying rack could be beautiful, but yours truly are! 🙂
I am almost envious of the homesteading life you lead! As a Kentucky girl, I miss the years of solitude & peace that accompanied a beautiful, simple childhood. The world is so much faster paced today. Anyway, I remember my beloved Grandmother using a drying rack so very similar to yours. Oh the memories seeing a drying rack brings back! When my husband and I first married, a flimsy drying rack was all we had to dry our clothes. Now we are back on the farm I grew up on and would love to have a GOOD drying rack to use even though we now can afford an electric dryer!!!!
