Yarn Along

~ Two of my favorite things are knitting and reading and I love sharing my projects and current reads here. I would love for you to join me every Wednesday to share a single photo of what you are knitting (or crocheting) and reading too! Share your photo on your blog, on Instagram (#yarnalong), or on Flickr. Leave a link below to share your photo with the rest of us!~

Yarn Along-0818Sorry so late today!  We lost power for a few hours this morning.

I’ve been working on this little pink jumper all week.

The latest Soul Gardening Journal arrived in my mailbox yesterday, and I’ve already read through about half of it.  Perfect Holy Week reading.

Oh, Ginny, what a coincidence, my journal arrived in Uruguay !! And it is my reading this week. The jumper is wonderful, a hug from the south of the world

Oh my! knitting that would make me so anxious to see the little one. It is so adorable. I didn’t learn to knit until after my girls were too big for little sweaters like that. Now I will wait for grandchildren.

glad to know all is well! phew! love love love your knitting 🙂 I hate when we lose power and we ARE getting a generator this year. I’m too old for 24 + hour power outages….

My journal just arrived, too! Still haven’t found the time to open it–thank you for the reminder. The jumper is coming along nicely. New babies are just so exciting to prepare for when you’re a knitter (and of course when you’re not, too). I hope your power stays put now. xx

I am so happy it was just a power outage, I was getting a little worried.

That is such a sweet little jumper.
