In the Loft Giveaway (Let’s get ready for Advent!)

Today’s giveaway is from Sue, the artist behind In the Loft.  She creates beautiful hand-painted figures.  Advent begins on November 29th this year, and her figures are perfect to help families with their Advent Journey!  You can add saints to your prayer table, or “Little Oratory” as we travel through the weeks.

In Sue’s words: “I paint everyday…a good balance of items for Catechesis of the Good Shepherd programs and figures for helping families celebrate the Liturgical feasts. My Saint figures have become very popular for giving as gifts for any occasion. Perhaps tucked into a child’s stocking!”

(Our Lady of Guadalupe)

(Mary the Immaculate Conception)

(Saint Innocent)

(Saint Andrew, Saint Nicholas, Saint Lucy)

I’m looking forward to reading more of your posts and joining your Yarn Along. About birthday gifts for a two year old- how about lots of scotch tape of his own, several old misc keys on a key ring, a hole puncher and a great book I just read, Waiting, by Kevin Henkes or I Want My Hat Back by Jon Klassen?
