Nova Natural {giveaway}

NOVANova Natural has been my favorite place to buy high quality children’s toys for many years now, so it’s pretty exciting for me to be sharing their business with all of you today!  If you’ve been reading here for the past few years, you’ve no doubt seen some of our favorite things, purchased from Nova, here on the blog.  I am often asked about our nativity, and then there are our favorite interlocking blocks, and more recently this crossbow that we bought for Silas.  Larkspur is using the high quality watercolor set that she received for her birthday on a daily basis.  I also stocked up on beeswax number candles for future birthdays, because they are on sale.  Oh, and these sailboats!  They are fantastic, and really last.  I could go on and on!

Nova Natural on Small Things 4From Nova Natural:
Nova Natural is a small, family-run business based in Vermont. It was created around the mission of providing natural, wholesome products that encourage every child’s individual spirit to flourish.

Nova Natural on Small Things 3

We work hard to find toys and crafts that inspire creativity and spark the imagination, while connecting communities by bringing people together to play, create and explore. Our products aren’t toxic, for your child or for the earth. But they’re also fun! We seek out bright colors and fun, playful designs that will truly engage children—head, hands and heart.

Nova Natural on Small Things 1

NOVA1We practice sustainability by working with small businesses and artisans to offer high quality, long lasting products with a high play value. That means they don’t get used once or twice and then tossed aside. Rather, they’re made to last, sometimes for more than one generation.

Nova Natural on Small Things 9

For the giveaway, we’d like to offer one Small Things reader a $100 gift card.

We’d also like to offer a promotion: $10 off when you spend $75 or more, using the promo code SMALL10. The promotion will run through Easter, April 5.

For your chance to win, simply leave a comment on this post.  Comments are closed and the winner is Julie, who commented, “I recieved their catalog last year, and I don’t know who likes it better, the kids or myself.  Great giveaway.”
Thank you, Nova Natural!

    I love the devotion that you have to this small business. Nothing is better than toys that last generations. They have a beautiful web site! Would love to start the tradition in our household!
    PS- Maybe you will post one of your daughter’s pictures painted with her birthday watercolors! Would love to see. I love the encouragement of creativity, especially in children.
    Have a beautiful day!

    I’m a grandma who purchased lots of Nova toys and supplies for my kiddos (back in the day when they only had a paper catalog and we snail mailed them our order with a paper check). And, sure enough, some of those treasures are still around (after many kids and years of play) and entertaining my new grandbabies! Now that I have excuses to buy toys again, I guess that I’ll be surfing Nova’s online catalog and ordering and paying online. My, my, how the world has changed (simplified? improved?).
