Yarn Along

~ Two of my favorite things are knitting and reading, and the evidence of this often shows up in my photographs.  I love seeing what other people are knitting and reading as well. So, what are you knitting or crocheting right now? What are you reading? Take a photo and share it either on your blog or on Flickr. Leave a link below to share your photo with the rest of us! ~

Knitting:  This shawl that I started many months ago and am returning to for my “doesn’t require too much thinking so I can work on it during the day surrounded by children” knitting.

Reading:  Not too much, just a little about native bees.  Oh, and The Princess and the Goblin with my girls.  One of my childhood favorites, I’ve read it many times.

May I make a request of contributors? If you have a blog that is by invitation only, could you make your yarn along post visible to others? I missed out on at least one today because of that.

That shawl is such a sweet colour. I’ve often looked at the pattern and thought how beautiful it is in it’s simplicity, definitely one I want to try.
