This week I am still working on my shawl, but also started some tiny doll knits as well. I knit a pair of sunny yellow legwarmers, and am about to start a cardigan for a friend’s daughter. I am thinking that I will scale this pattern down a bit because I am knitting for a ragdoll rather than the larger sized dolls this pattern is intended for.
I have had very little time to read lately, and am still working through Your Child’s Writing Life, and Playful Learning. While I am enjoying those books, I am reading them for my kids rather than myself. My current read for pleasure is still Howard’s End. Because I can only read in small bits of time here and there I prefer the pace and the language of classics.
