Home Again

We’re back. We had a great trip and saw more people in six days than I would have thought possible.
So, what do you think?  Did we come home with a new member of the family?
I will explain the “951” photo later.  Aunt Genie will know what it means.
I will be spending the next few days buried in clothing. Not only do I have mounds of clothing to wash, sort, and put away from the trip, but it is now time to do the big seasonal clothing swap as well.  Hooray!

I agree with Fioleta – your itenerary sounded like 2-3 WEEKS worth! You must have really been on the go!

Can't believe that trip was only 6 days long! What a whirlwind it must have been. Hope you feel rejuvenated from all the reconnections if not from a relaxing pace. Happy laundry and clothing changeover!

I'm so happy you're home and it sounds like you had a great time. When you catch your breath you must write all about it and enclose 1,000 pics of the trip. The dog looks exactly like my dog that we lost to cancer a few years back. His name was Rufus and we miss him dearly. In fact I have a framed pic of him in my bathroom along with 2 of my cats who have also passed on, Mister and Mulder. AS far as your laundry goes I imagine you have a ton to do quite regularly with the size of your family. If it helps, I will be doing laundry tomorrow too. Only thing is I'll have only two loads: whites and coloreds. I wish I were there to help you get settled again. And Fall seems to have arrived here so I too will be sorting and storing seasonal clothes. We've been down in the 30s at night here. Warm in the day though. Fall! I love it.

I'm glad you guys made it back with everybody in one piece and that you had such a great trip! Clothes sorting is my LEAST favorite.

Welcome back. When you posted about your plan for the trip I didn't realise it was for 6 days only. Doubly impressed.
